We acknowledge your request within 24 hours
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
You'll receive the refund through the same method you used to pay (or another method you specify)

What's Eligible

Full refunds are available when:

You request within 7 days of your first paid subscription
Your account is in good standing (no violations of our Terms)

After the 7-Day Period

After 7 days, refunds are not generally available since the service has been provided. You can simply not renew when you're ready to stop — SmartBaat doesn't auto-renew, so there are no surprise charges.

Plan Upgrades and Renewals

Refunds apply to your first paid subscription. Renewal payments are not refundable — but you can stop renewing whenever you like, and we'll never charge you automatically.

After Your Refund

Once refunded, your paid plan ends and your account moves to the free tier. Your data is kept according to our Privacy Policy. You can come back anytime by making a new payment.
